Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24 hr delivery window starts as the order has already been processed and very difficult to cancel.
Cancellation of order shall be made by sending an email with Subject: " Cancellation Request".
Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received on our email.
If any product received by you is in a damaged / defective condition, you should report the same to Shop.thedivineindia.com within 24 hours of such delivery at + 91-22-40131319 and e-mail the photographs of the same.
We will in its sole discretion will either deliver to you the new product at its own cost or refund you the amount in relation to such product.
Refund will take 7 - 8 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
Refund shall be made under following conditions:
Order was pre- cancelled by the customer.
Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient due to incorrect contact nos. and incomplete address).
If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced with some complimentary gifts.

A refund will be processed by Shop.thedivineindia.com in the event we determine that the cancellation of the order is due to Shop.thedivineindia.com incapability of fulfilling the order.
